  28. Instead of setting your keyframe at 1, set it at 0 for the beginning. 
  29. Then a tension of 1 at the beginning and the end frame will cause it to 
  30. start slowly, accelerate and then end slowly. If you just want it to stop 
  31. slowly, use a tension of 1 at the last frame only.
